Shipping your parcel

Packages are generally dispatched the same day or the day after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Whichever delivery method you choose, we’ll send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.

Don’t forget to check your items carefully with the carrier and to refuse them, making a note on the delivery note of the nature of your refusal (broken or damaged receipt, faulty packaging, etc.). If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for replacing the items in your order.

Returns

Returned items are accepted within 7 days of receipt by the customer, provided they are received intact and unused. The customer will be reimbursed in proportion to the condition of the returned items. If they are received intact, the customer will be reimbursed for the full amount of the purchase, excluding shipping costs.
